Responsible to help maintain the Quality Control processes, procedures and standards. Responsible for accurate and timely repairs and setups. This includes separating issues into three main categories: Cosmetic, Functional and Playability. Responsible for documenting and analyzing any incoming instrument shipments for damages or irregularities. The Quality Control Technician is responsible for all repair, setup and maintenance on instruments that enter and exit the Distribution Center, ensuring that all product is consistent and acceptable in the current market climate.
